ALERT: On Jan. 31, 2024, we published a final rule to adjust certain immigration and naturalization benefit request fees for the first time since 2016.
The new fees will be effective April 1, 2024. In preparation for the fee increase, we have published a preview version of Form G-1055, Fee Schedule (PDF, 442 KB), dated 04/01/24.

Alert: On Feb. 26, 2024, we published an updated Form G-1055, Fee Schedule, edition date 02/26/24. The updated G-1055 reflects inflationary increases made to the filing fees for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, by the Adjustment to Premium Processing Fees rule published in the Federal Register on Dec. 28, 2023.
